I appreciate these will take quite a while to fill in, and possibly a lot of thought and discussion between you; it is a brilliant way for you both to stop and think about what makes you a couple, and what makes you unique. You may even surprise each other with your answers!

The form does not “save”, but just make sure you have filled in the top section when you send it across, and I will compile all your answers as I receive them. They don’t all have to be filled in in one go. 

You also don’t have to complete every question, but the more you fill in, the more I have to work with to tell everyone your love story on your special day!
